The Planning Director shall refer the application, plans and data to the Board at its next regular meeting. If the meeting is not scheduled within the 15 day period established in this chapter for Board action, a special meeting shall be called by the Board to consider the application, plans and data. The Board shall act on the application and accompanying submitted data within 15 days after the filing of the application and the required plans and data unless the applicant agrees to an extension of time. If the Board does not act within 15 days after such filing, it shall be deemed to have approved the issuance of a building permit or occupancy permit or building moving permit as applied for.
