The application for a development agreement shall be filed on a form as designated by the Community Development Director and shall include payment of the required fees to establish a deposit account with the city. The proposed agreement shall be based on the city standard form and shall include adequate consideration to the city. The application shall include submittal of a proposed draft agreement and all related materials designated on the application form, including environmental review.
