17.87.050 Review of application.
   (A)   The Community Development Department shall coordinate the review and approval of the density bonus agreement in consultation with the City Attorney and city staff.
   (B)   The City Attorney shall review and correct the agreement in accordance with California Government Code provisions currently in effect at the time of application.
   (C)   Once the agreement is in the correct form as to content and language, it shall be scheduled for review by the City Council.
