The application for a density bonus agreement shall be filed on a form as designated by the Community Development Director and include payment of the required fees. The applicant shall inform the city at or before development plan review if a proposed project includes a density bonus. The application shall include submittal of the proposed agreement drafted in accordance with § 17.87.040 and current state law and all related materials as required on the application form.
