The land uses specified herein shall comply with the provisions of this chapter. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to newly established land uses as well as expansion or modification to existing uses, buildings or other features of the site layout. The development standards contained in this chapter are in addition to the requirements of the applicable zoning district. They are also in addition to requirements that may be imposed through conditional use permits, precise plans and development plan reviews as applicable.
