17.54.020 Application of regulations.
   The regulations set forth in this chapter shall apply in all zones with which are combined the FP-1 zone, in addition to the regulations specified in this title; provided, however, if any of the regulations specified in this chapter differ from any of the corresponding regulations specified in this title for any zone with which the FP-1 zone is combined, then in such cases the provisions of this chapter shall prevail.
