17.35.110 Precise plan required.
   The proposed site plan, architecture and landscape concept shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning Commission pursuant to the precise plan application process in accordance to §§ 17.92.070 et seq. and consistent with any applicable design standards or guidelines.
