(A) Any use permitted in R-1-7.2 zone, provided that R-1-7.2 uses shall comply with all the requirements stipulated
for the R-1-7.2 zone;
(B) House trailer, may be used as a construction project office during time of construction when a valid building permit is in force;
(C) Small family day care homes;
(D) Two-family dwelling, duplex dwelling or multiple-family dwellings at the density set forth in § 17.22.080;
(E) Uses customarily incident to any of the above uses and accessory buildings;
(F) Similar uses permitted by Commission determination. The Commission may, by resolution of record, permit any other uses which it may determine to be similar to those listed above, in conformity with the intent and purpose of this zone and not more obnoxious or detrimental to the public health, safety and welfare or to other uses permitted in this zone.
