16.26.040 Limitations.
   Any land or fees received by the school district pursuant to these provisions shall be used only for the purpose of providing interim elementary or high school classroom and related facilities as defined by state law. The location and amount of land to be dedicated, or the amount of fees to be paid, shall bear a reasonable relationship and will be limited to the needs of this community for interim elementary or high school facilities and shall be reasonably related and limited to the need for schools caused by the residential development being assessed. However, as required by state law, any fees collected shall not exceed the amount necessary to pay five annual lease payments for the interim classroom and related facilities.
