16.25.081 Community facilities plan reimbursement – Imposition and payment of fees.
   Except to the extent that a different timetable for fee payment is established pursuant to Section 16.04.050 of this code, each owner of a lot or parcel of property within the South Corona area shall pay as a condition to the issuance of a building permit a fee to reimburse the city for the development and implementation of the Community Facilities Plan. The fee shall be determined based upon the EDU's to be constructed on the property.
