(A) Vesting tentative maps shall be filed with the Planning Department and shall be processed in accordance with the Subdivision Map Act, Title 16 of this code and this chapter.
(B) At the time a vesting tentative map is filed it shall have printed conspicuously on its face the words "Vesting Tentative Map."
(C) At the time a vesting tentative map is filed the subdivider shall also provide the Planning Department with the following information:
(1) Height, size and location of existing and proposed buildings.
(2) Perimeter wall design and location.
(3) Architectural plans showing elevations and materials.
(4) Preliminary landscape plans.
(5) Information on the uses to which the buildings will be put.
(6) Approved sewer, water, storm drain and road details.
(7) Geologic studies and soils reports.
(8) Approved detailed grading plans.
(9) Approved traffic, drainage and other studies as identified in the development plan review process in Chapter 17.102.
