16.12.063 Planning Commission report to the City Council.
   The Planning Commission shall, after close of the hearing required in Section 16.12.062, make a written report including findings of fact to the City Council recommending that the council approve, conditionally approve or disapprove the tentative tract map. This report shall be made within the time limits established by state law.
