15.64.080 Violations prohibited – Penalties.
   (A)   Violation prohibited. No person, firm, partnership, association or corporation shall violate any provisions of this chapter and any provision of the codes, rules or regulations adopted in this chapter.
   (B)   Criminal penalties. Any person, firm, partnership, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter or provisions or the codes, rules or regulations adopted in this chapter by reference is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for a period of not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
   (C)   Continuing violation. Every person, firm, partnership, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter or provisions of the codes, rules or regulations adopted in this chapter by reference is guilty of a separate offense for each day or portion thereof during which such violation continues and shall be punishable thereof as provided in this chapter.
