15.52.010 Purpose.
   The purpose of this chapter is to safeguard property and public welfare by regulating and controlling, for burglary prevention purposes, certain aspects of the design and materials and methods of construction of all buildings and structures within the city and to provide for burglary prevention equipment which is specifically required in this chapter.
