15.44.030 Owner responsibility.
   It shall be the duty of the owner of each building, secondary unit or other structure that is served by a separate utility meter in the city to obtain from the Superintendent of Streets the correct address number for each of the buildings and provide approved address identification in accordance with the requirements of the Fire Code, Building Code, and/or Residential Code.
