Subject to the particular additions, amendments and deletions set forth in this chapter, all the rules, regulations, provisions and conditions set forth in that certain document being marked and designated as "California Housing Code, 1997 Edition,” are hereby adopted by the City of Corona, except the following chapters, sections and subsections:

This edition was copyrighted in 1997 by the International Conference of Building Officials and that certain document being marked and designated as "Uniform Housing Code, one certified copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, and any and all references thereto, are adopted as the Housing Code and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms thereof are referred to, adopted and made a part of this chapter, as though fully set forth at length. This edition was amended and published by the State of California and entitled as the "California Housing Code."
