12.26.080 Enforcement.
   The General Manager shall have the authority to eject and expel from any public skate park facility any person who is in violation of this chapter. Any person failing to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to citation or other applicable enforcement authority available to the city. Criminal violations of this chapter shall be punishable as infractions.
