12.08.080 Impediments to travel.
   No person shall make any excavations or construct, put upon, maintain or leave any obstruction or impediment to travel or pile or place any material in or upon any street, alley or other public place in the city at any location other than or in any area greater than that shown in the permit issued under this chapter.
