No person shall sit, ride, stand upon, propel or drive a skateboard on land or property owned by or occupied by another person unless such property is designated for vehicular or pedestrian travel or unless he or she has in his or her immediate possession, as of the time of such operation or driving of such skateboard, written permission from the owner of the land, his or her agent or the person in lawful occupancy or possession thereof and displays such written permission to a peace officer upon request therefor.
