10.52.010 Defined.
   A "skateboard" includes all wheeled objects, regardless of motor, not classified as motor vehicles, motorized bicycles or bicycles in this title or in the Vehicle Code, and includes, but is not limited to, skateboards, roller skates, coasters, scooters and toy vehicles.
