10.48.030 License – Serial number – Required.
   No city resident shall use, propel or operate a bicycle or motorized bicycle upon any street, alley or public highway in the city which has no serial number or license or from which the serial number, license or identifying marks of the city’s identifying symbol have been removed, altered or mutilated.
