10.16.020 Regulation in city parks.
   Within the limits of any public park in the city, it is unlawful for any person to drive or operate any motor vehicle, motorcycle, motorized bicycle or motor-driven vehicle upon any portion of any park in the city at a speed greater than ten miles per hour.
