10.04.010 Definitions generally.
   The words and phrases in this chapter when used in this title shall for the purpose of this title have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this chapter. Whenever any words or phrases used in this chapter are not defined, but are defined in the California Vehicle Code, such definitions shall apply.
