9.48.020 Discharging – Permit requirement.
   The Chief of Police may, upon written application therefor, grant any applicant a written permit to shoot or discharge any pistol, revolver, gun or other firearm within the limits of the city, subject to such conditions and requirements as the Chief of Police deems reasonable, necessary and in the best interests and welfare of the city.
