8.40.090 Conflict with other laws.
   Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, a handler regulated by any state or federal agency will be exempt from any conflicting provision of this chapter. Whenever any provision of this chapter conflicts with a provision in Chapter 15.12, the more restrictive provision shall prevail.
