8.40.080 Maintenance of records.
   Businesses subject to the requirements of this chapter shall maintain all records required by this chapter for a period of not less than three years following the expiration of the permit issued pursuant to § 8.40.040. Such records shall be made available to the DEH and the Fire Department during normal business hours.
