Any person, including, but not limited to, any authorized towing contractor, tow driver or towing company who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. In addition, any authorized towing contractor or tow driver that violates any provision of the rules and specifications shall be subject to the suspension and termination provisions contained in the towing services agreement and/or the rules and specifications.
