5.48.200 Garbage receptacles.
   There shall be provided in every campground heretofore or hereafter established such number of tight receptacles with close fitting metal covers for garbage, refuse, ashes and rubbish as may be deemed necessary by the Board of Health, and such garbage receptacles shall at all times be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
