5.48.020 Application of provisions.
   The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to every campground within the city, and no person maintaining, operating, conducting or carrying on any such campground or living or sleeping in any camp car or trailer located in a campground or any other person shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter.
