For the purpose of this chapter, certain words and phrases are defined as follows, and certain provisions shall be construed as set forth in this section, unless it is apparent from their context that they have a different meaning.
(A) "Board of Health" is the Board of Health or the Health Officer of this city.
(B) "Camp car trailer" is any unit used for living or sleeping purposes and which is equipped with wheels or similar devices used for the purpose of transporting the unit from place to place, whether by motive power or other means.
(C) "Campground" is defined to be any place, area or tract of land upon which is located any camp car or trailer.
