No person shall practice or engage in peddling or soliciting as described in §§ 5.34.010 and 5.34.020 by traveling from place to place or from street to street between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. of any day to which Standard Time is applicable pursuant to Government Code § 6807-1 and between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. of any day to which Daylight Saving Time is applicable pursuant to Government Code § 6807-3.
