(A) "Pawnbroker" means a person engaged in the business of loaning money, for himself, herself or for any other person, upon personal property, personal security, pawns or pledges or the business of purchasing articles of personal property from a person and selling back or agreeing to sell back such articles to such persons or his or her assignee at prices agreed upon at or before the time of such purchase.
(B) "Pawnshop" means any room, store or place in which a business or activity described in division (A) of this section is conducted.
