4.12.010 Commercial Use Permit.

The legal agreement between the airport and a commercial aviation business provider that is not a fixed base operator that authorizes the commercial aviation business to conduct business on the airport and identifies the parameters, conditions, rates and charges due to the airport for that right. Parameters and conditions may include such things as a business license and insurance, and the like.
