4.04.030 Jurisdiction.
   The provisions of this chapter apply to all users and tenants of the airport. Any entry upon or use of the airport is conditioned upon compliance with these provisions; entry upon this airport by any person shall be deemed to constitute an agreement by such person to comply with the provisions.
