2.36.040 Organization.
   The Commission shall hold at least one meeting per month, shall appoint a Chair annually, shall appoint a Vice-Chair to preside in the absence of the Chair, shall appoint its Secretary, and may adopt all necessary by-laws, rules and regulations for the conduct of its meetings.
