2.32.010 Declaration of need - Adoption.

   The City Council, on July 6, 1964, adopted Ordinance No. 950, which ordinance became effective on August 5, 1964, and, pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 33101, declared that there was a need for a redevelopment agency to function in the city.
