2.20.010 Office established - Duties generally - Bond.

   The office of Director of Finance is established. The Director of Finance shall be appointed, directed and discharged by the City Manager, and shall exercise all of the powers and be subject to all the duties granted and imposed upon the City Clerk by the provisions of Cal. Gov’t Code Title IV, Art. 1, Ch. 4, Part 2, Division 3, §§ 40802 through 40805.
