A charge shall be collected from persons and non-Utilities City departments for copies they are furnished of routinely developed standard system products. The charge shall be the amount the Chief Executive Officer has approved for each standard product. (Ord. 98-173; Ord. 01-42; Ord. 18-42)
A. A charge shall be collected from persons and non-Utilities City departments for custom products; regular, ongoing system services; and technical assistance furnished. The charge collected shall be for the amount determined by the Chief Executive Officer.
B. The computation of the charge shall be based on the resources which the Chief Executive Officer has determined is required to comply with the applicant's request and the Chief Executive Officer's approved resource rates. (Ord. 98-173; Ord. 01-42; Ord. 18-42)
A. A charge shall be collected from persons for digital data furnished. The charge collected shall be for the amount determined by the Chief Executive Officer. The computation of the charge shall be based on the resources which the Chief Executive Officer has determined is required to comply with the applicants' request and the Chief Executive Officer's approved resource rates.
B. A charge may be collected from participants for access to FIMS digital base map, but this charge shall not include an amount for recovering the cost for developing FIMS base map. Non-Utilities City departments shall, however, pay for all computer equipment, computer software, communications and other equipment required: 1) to accommodate their own individual service requirements, and 2) to prevent the service they are provided from degrading overall system performance. For good cause, the Chief Executive Officer may in certain circumstances waive the charges for system products and services. The charges may be reduced or waived when the Chief Executive Officer determines it is in the best interest of the Utilities. (Ord. 98-173; Ord. 01-42; Ord. 18-42)
