12.6.505: REVIEW OF RATES:
   A.   The Chief Executive Officer shall be responsible for establishing system rates and changes thereto. Resource rates shall be established for different categories of staff, equipment, communications, computer programs, materials and/or supplies. Copy rates shall be established for copies of standard products.
   B.   Copy rates and resource rates may include amounts for recovering the cost incurred in planning and developing the system; the cost of maintaining and enhancing the system; the cost of servicing the applicant and for administrative overhead.
   C.   On an as needed basis, the Chief Executive Officer shall complete a review of those costs having a bearing on resource rates and on copy rates and make adjustments thereto. (Ord. 98-173; Ord. 01-42; Ord. 18-42)
12.6.506: PROMULGATION OF RATES:
The Chief Executive Officer shall establish system rates and charges thereto by administrative regulation. (Ord. 98-173; Ord. 01-42; Ord. 18-42)

12.6.601: VIOLATIONS CHARGES:
Any person who violates any provision of this article or any provision of the rules and regulations herein authorized to be promulgated, or any provision of any contract or license which has been executed as permitted herein, in addition to any and all other remedies, shall be subject to forfeiture of all future rights to obtain nonstandard system products and system services, and shall be subject to and liable for violations charges equal to three (3) times the amount that otherwise would have been charged for the products and services already obtained. 12.6.602: SYSTEM COMPLETENESS AND ACCURACY:
System data and information is developed solely for Utilities' internal use only. There are no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy or correctness of any system data, information or products that may be made available to the public or non-Utilities City departments. There are no warranties, either expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness of the data, information or products for a particular purpose or intended use by the public or non-Utilities City departments.
