Such resolution, when adopted, shall be posted in at least six (6) public places in the village of Cloudcroft and shall be effective immediately upon such posting, and shall remain in effect until such resolution is either rescinded or superseded by another resolution of the board of trustees or posting of an adjustment of the level by the mayor. No further notice shall be required to charge a violation of this chapter. The notice provisions of section 4-2A-4 of this code do not apply to the enforcement of this chapter. (Ord. 350, 5-12-2009)
