ADOPTING ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE NO. 293
   AN ORDINANCE CODIFYING CERTAIN ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF CLOUDCROFT, NEW MEXICO
   BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE VILLAGE OF CLOUDCROFT as follows:
   A. There is hereby adopted the Village Code of Cloudcroft, New Mexico 2000 as published by Sterling Codifiers, Inc.
   B. The Code shall be known and cited as the "Cloudcroft Village Code".
   C. The Cloudcroft Village Code may be inspected at the Village Offices during normal and regular business hours at 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, New Mexico.
   D. The Cloudcroft Village Code is adopted in its entirety as a codification of the Ordinances of the Village of Cloudcroft, New Mexico except that Bonding Ordinances adopted by the Village of Cloudcroft shall remain effective and uncodified.
   PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE VILLAGE OF CLOUDCROFT, NEW MEXICO, this 13th day of June, 2000.
