The village board of trustees, during certain periods of time when varying conditions of fire hazard exist, may declare by resolution the existence of a specific condition level of fire hazard as set forth herein and in such resolution may authorize the adjustment of levels by the mayor as conditions warrant by subsequent posting pursuant to section 5-4-3 of this chapter.
