§ 112.36 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT; FEE.
   Each nonprofit organization should inform the Clerk-Treasurer of their intention and whom they are representing. Such nonprofit organization shall get a $10 permit from the Clerk-Treasurer after being approved by the Mayor.

§ 112.37 IDENTIFICATION AND NAME TAGS REQUIRED.
   Such nonprofit organizations shall have some means of identification and a name tag of whom they represent while they are soliciting.

§ 112.38 REPORT REQUIRED TO BE TURNED IN WHEN SOLICITATIONS HAVE ENDED.
   At the end of each soliciting period, a report shall be turned into the Clerk-Treasurer within three days after the end of such soliciting.

§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm, organization or corporation that shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 112.01 through 112.07 and 112.20 through 112.23 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not less than $1 nor more than $500. Each day’s continuance of such violation shall be and constitute a separate offense.
