§ 112.35 PERMITTING YOUTH GROUPS TO SOLICIT IN CITY.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to allow the youths of the city, including nonprofit school organizations, Cub or Boy Scouts, Brownies, Girl Scouts, sport groups and other nonprofit organizations to solicit in the city, in order to help finance their summer and winter activities.
