§ 187A.07 Reports; Reconsideration of Scope

(a) As part of the annual report submitted under Section 123.08, the OEO Director shall summarize the utilization of this chapter in the award of City contracts during the preceding year.

(b) The Council shall reconsider the scope of this chapter, including the size of the Local Contracting Market, five (5) years after the effective date of this section.
