It shall be understood and agreed that the contractor shall execute his or her work in such a manner and in such order as will not interfere with work in progress and will permit the City to perform other work or to enter into other contracts for work and materials to be constructed or placed in, on or about the work, with the least interference possible and with complete cooperation whenever it is desirable to prosecute such other work, either simultaneously with the work under his or her contract or otherwise, and that the director shall decide all questions of priority of contracts.
