§ 557.28 Determination of Crypt or Niche Price

   The price of each crypt or niche shall be the sum of two (2) items, namely:

   (a)   The land and capital cost, which shall be determined upon a basis corresponding in principal to the basis established in Sections 557.09 and 557.10 for the determination of land cost in the case of cemetery lots; and

   (b)   The endowment cost, being the contribution required to be made to the Cleveland City Cemetery Endowment Fund, which shall be determined as established in Section 557.11. Each such item, and the total price, shall be shown on the schedule hereinbefore required.
