§ 177.07 Private Sale of Certain Notes
   Except as otherwise permitted by the laws of Ohio, notes having a maturity of not more than one (1) year from date may be advertised for sale and sold in the manner provided in Section 177.05 or may be sold by the Director of Finance at private sale bearing interest at a rate or rates not in excess of the rate or rates fixed in the particular ordinance, at a price of not less than par and accrued interest to the date of delivery.
