§ 173.04 Civil Service Commission Resolutions

Any resolution adopted by the Civil Service Commission requiring implementation by Council under the provisions of Charter Section 191 or any other section of the Charter shall be filed with the Clerk of Council. The provisions and conditions of the resolution shall be incorporated by reference as though fully rewritten in any ordinance passed by Council to implement the Civil Service Commission resolution.
