§ 131.10 Purchase of Food and Beverages for the Public Who Are Attending Activities or Events Sponsored by the Division of Recreation

The Director of Public Works is authorized to purchase food and beverages for the public who are attending activities or events sponsored by the Division of Recreation. The total amount of funding expended annually shall not exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
